Dear customers, on 12.07.2026 at 20:17 (UTC+0) attackers gained unauthorized access to our systems through a zero-day vulnerability in third-party software we use. This flaw did not originate from our own systems. We detected it at 20:25, immediately took action, and brought the service offline for maintenance to investigate the attack and clean our systems.

No data was lost. Your balance and emails are safe. We recommend updating your password once we're back online.
